300-post channel study

Make the clip earn its feed.

Keep the real long-form insight. Rebuild the opening and ending for the channel.

100 YouTube Shorts. 100 LinkedIn posts. 100 Instagram Reels. Observed 19 September 2026.

The source is not the problem. The packaging is.

The webinar, podcast or article contains the substance. A raw excerpt rarely contains enough context to work in a feed. The job is to preserve the insight and build a native wrapper around it.

01Recognisable tension
02Clear mechanism
03Credible proof
04One next move
DecisionRepurpose the thinking. Rebuild the wrapper.

The repurposing unit

One complete idea from long-form content, wrapped for the feed. Most finished videos follow this shape.

  1. 01Created hookOne to three seconds. A card, stop-motion build, AI motion treatment or a newly recorded line that names the tension or result.
  2. 02Source clipThe strongest 10 to 40 seconds from the webinar or podcast. Start on the answer. Remove the host setup, biography and verbal runway.
  3. 03Created closeTwo to five seconds. Land the decision, consequence or next move. Use a card or one clean spoken line.
PodcastChoose a claim that survives without the question. Add the missing context in the hook, then let the original voice carry the proof.
WebinarUse the teaching or demonstration as the centre. Crop the screen for mobile and cut between Zac, the artifact and one readable detail.
ArticleThere is no source clip, so turn one argument into a short script. Use the article's diagrams, quotes or screenshots as the visual proof.

The wrapper can be AI-made. The core claim, language and evidence must come from the source.

Three channels. Three jobs.

YouTube Shorts

The finished Short is a complete mini-argument. Use a sharp created hook, cut into the strongest source passage, then land one clean close.

Templates

Operating truth
Hard claim, familiar symptom, mechanism, one fix. Example: "Your AI does not have a prompt problem. It has a memory problem."
Pain, workflow, payoff
Show the old path, the changed mechanism, the measured result and what stayed human.
One-screen proof
Open on one result. Zoom into one file, workflow node or answer. Explain the business consequence.
Mini case with receipts
Before, intervention, measured after and the constraint that remains.

LinkedIn

On LinkedIn, the post copy can supply context that the source clip lacks. The video still needs to begin on the strongest line, not the webinar introduction.

140.5video median, weighted interactions
165.5single-image median
297document median, only five posts
72soft close or no CTA

Templates

Broken-process teardown
Name the costly process. Show where it fails, how Works would inspect it and what good looks like.
Operator scoreboard
Lead with real operating numbers. Explain what moved, what did not and why.
Pilot-to-production gap
Show the adoption gap. Diagnose ownership, context, permissions or workflow design.
Build log
What we built, why, what broke, what changed and what we would do differently.

Instagram Reels

The cover makes the promise. The created first beat stops the scroll. The source clip supplies Zac's voice and trust.

57person-led treatments
28how-to or demo
55comment-gated offers
27no clear offer

Templates

Build reveal
Zac for one sentence, then the real artifact within three seconds.
Before another agent
Ask the buyer question everyone skips. Use one process and finish with one decision rule.
One workflow, rebuilt
Old hand-offs, changed path, visible output and what stayed human.
Tool decision
Compare choices against one real constraint. Make the call and state when it would change.

The 30-day test

Four long-form source assets. One strong insight from each. Three channel-native wrappers per insight. Twelve posts total.

  1. SelectFind the 15 to 45 seconds, or one article passage, that contains a complete and useful claim.
  2. WrapCreate one hook and one close for each channel. Do not change the core insight.
  3. CutRemove setup, dead air, repeated phrases and anything that requires the original conversation.
  4. PackageAdd readable captions, mobile crops, artifact cutaways and a channel-specific cover.
YouTubeViewed versus swiped, average percentage viewed, completion and related-video clicks.
LinkedInSaves or qualified comments by funnel job, then profile views, clicks and inbound.
InstagramThree-second hold and sends per reach, then completion, saves and profile visits.

Stop doing this now

  1. Opening with podcast setup, biography or half a sentence.
  2. Shrinking a full desktop workflow into an unreadable phone frame.
  3. Using generic AI futurism when real implementation tension exists.
  4. Attaching five calls to action to one post.
  5. Using Instagram comments as the main quality signal.
  6. Calling it repurposing when only the dimensions changed.
  7. Replacing a strong source insight with generic AI-generated filler.
These are the strongest posts discovered under documented search methods, not absolute platform-wide leaderboards. The Instagram sample covers Reels, not carousels. Missing competitor metrics stayed missing.
